Creating a spark for a leading authority in Leadership

Dr Kieran Lees is the founder of Kielder Consulting Limited. He holds leadership experience across a wide range of high-performance, international organisations. Having recently led the MBA Course at Southampton University, he's transitioning to sharing his research and leadership development framework with large organisations through Kielder Consulting. Kieran recognised that a comprehesive brand identity and website was needed in order to position Kielder as an authority in the leadership consulting space.
